Job Description

BowTie is Software Perfected.

We are one of the fastest growing tech companies in the state and we are looking for a rock star sales person to help us put even more fuel on the fire. BowTie builds elegant and powerful applications, mobile apps, and websites for successful startups and corporations. Whether it is a HIPAA compliant healthcare application, an ecosystem of web and mobile apps, social media platforms, or an analytics dashboard for one of most innovative tech startups in the country, you will be instrumental in identifying, scoping, and closing the next generation of innovative solutions.

Who you are:

-Driven and excited to create new productive business relationships.
Solutions focused. Clients have needs and you are proactive about working with them to scope out ways to solve their problems.
-Technically minded and ready to scope custom software solutions from client conversations.
-The right balance of closer and counselor; know when to help, and know when to close.
-Comfortable selling high price point, custom solutions to clients (rather than commodity goods).
-Eagerness to learn and get smarter everyday.
-Looking to join a team of highly motivated and accomplished professionals.
-Motivated by seeing the financial reward of your hard work.

What you will do:

-Drive custom design and development solution sales.
-Strategize, identify, and prospect leads relevant to BowTie solutions.
-Develop product sales relationships to move prospects through the sales funnel.
-Gather high-level understanding/scope of the client needs to facilitate handoff to BowTie technical team.
-Project manage the closing process from proposal scoping, proposal delivery, client follow up questions, and other client needs.
-Drive sales all the way to client proposal signing and then stay on as relationship manager.
-Use various internal tools (CRM, project management system, etc) to provide real time and meaningful transparency of the sales process to BowTie leadership.
-Be compensated very well for your success.

Your qualifications when you start:

-A demonstrated track record of increasing success selling high price point products.
-Direct agency experience, or a deep understanding of custom software/technology solutions.
-Strong communication skills (written and oral).
-Experience with CRM, project management, and other sales tools.
-College degree preferred
