We are looking for a Partnerships Manager to lead all efforts to grow our ever expanding network of outdoor experience vendors. This includes outfitters, guides, tour vendors and much more. You will:
• Lead relationships with outdoor experience vendors nationally
• Build and manage a CRM to further automate how we engage with vendors
• Negotiate win-win's with all our outdoor experience vendors
• Lead strategy and execution to be more customer centric with leaders in each of our 37 cities
• Manage vendor contracts and the product portfolio in our e-commerce platform
This is a unique role with responsibilities that cross over into customer success, account management, and sales roles. We're looking for candidates with relevant experience, but also have a growth mindset and don't mind quickly "figuring it out".
