Job Description

Sales Operations Associate

BloomNation is scaling rapidly and looking for bright, coachable, and incredibly resourceful Sales Support Specialists to aid in the implementation process for all onboarding florists. This role will work closely with our Account Executives and Sales Ops teams to ensure new accounts are retained from commit to launch and our florists are onboard with an impeccable experience.

More specifically, you will be…

Receiving committed accounts from the Account Executives and collaborating with them on website designs
Conducting a high volume of data entry into our CRM (Salesforce) and Magento CMS
Managing online inventory through our florists’ catalogs
Utilizing SEO best practices to enhance web presence and functionality
Reporting to our Sales Ops Manager on daily productivity
