BleepBleeps are a colourful collection of connected devices that help everyone become a great parent. Little guys that help you get pregnant, give birth, look after your baby and raise your child. Each device connects to the cloud and our smartphone app to give you access to simple tools, guidance and content. Each of the BleepBleeps characters has a face, a name, a personality and a story. And they each make a unique bleep bleep sound when activated, hence the name BleepBleeps.
Our product design and tonality is inspired by the simple form and colours of children’s building blocks combined with the characterfulness of designer vinyl toys and the lightheartedness of the Alessi brand. This design language makes us unique in the health/gadget category, appealing to design-literate parents plus instantly connecting with kids.
Our ultimate aim is to create a fun, modern, trusted parenting brand.
The BleepBleeps concept is for a suite of parenting products. Currently we have plans for 8 - 10 products in development.
Our launch product is Sammy Screamer - Motion Alarm: a cute little movement sensor that's controlled by your smartphone.
Place Sammy on an item that you want to keep an eye on - like a door, a bag or a kid’s buggy. Get a notification on your phone if the item moves. Use the BleepBleeps app to set Sammy’s sensitivity and choose how loud you want her to scream!
• Movement sensor with audible alarm
• Magnetised back and loop fixing
• Push notification to your smartphone
• Bluetooth LE - 30m range
• Adjustable settings on the BleepBleeps app
We launched Sammy on Kickstarter and smashed our goal on the first day. We are now manufacturing our first batch of devices to ship to consumers in August, along with the companion apps on Android and iOS.
BleepBleeps is raising a round of investment to scale the business and get the rest of our product range to market.
We are a small (but talented) multidisciplinary team. The connected device landscape is very new and requires the unification of a number of disparate skillsets. We have assembled a very experienced team that straddles NPD/industrial design, electronics/hardware, software/app development and brand communications.
We have extensive experience running creative businesses that build brands and ship world class products that consumers love.
Why we're doing this
Connected products are changing the world. And for a brand to succeed in today’s world the products and experiences it creates must delight consumers. Yet most parenting devices are neither well designed nor connected.
Our ultimate aim for BleepBleeps is to create a fun, modern, trusted parenting brand loved by parents and kids the world over.

We see a huge commercial opportunity in unifying three very disparate worlds:
2. Connected Products
Drawing these three strands together gives us a very favourable set of circumstances. The world is about to be disrupted by the IoT revolution. Design and User Experience are now the primary drivers of consumer choice. Parenting is a high-interest, emotionally-charged category with multiple need-states and nuances of care and interaction. Yet there are very few design focussed brands and products available to parents. And even fewer connected devices for parents.
There is a huge opportunity to develop a range of beautifully designed, connected parenting devices that not only help parents be parents but also become part of the family.
