Technically, we do:

Develop systems that work on a server.
Integrate systems so that they can work together.
Research and development (image processing, pattern recognition)

Your responsibilities:

Solve problems
Make things work
Design systems that work
Create structures and flows
Automate processes
Introduce new technologies
Improve yourself and others

We need:

A motivated person who has an interest on our work and enthusiastic about his field of expertise.
Proficiency in ONE of the following:
A web development framework (Laravel and/or Drupal is a big plus)
Javascript and one of the latest libraries/frameworks (Vue, React, or Angular)
PHP or Python or Java or C# or C/C++
Knowledge about database systems (Relational. Non-relational is a plus)
Working knowledge about Linux (Windows is a plus) and server technologies (Nginx or Apache)
Experience about Version Control Systems, Continuous Integration, Dependency Management
Proficiency in English
