Benjamin S. Longlet serves as Senior Litigation Counsel for non-U.S. disputes at Chevron Upstream. In this role, he manages a substantively and geographically diverse docket of non-U.S. criminal and civil litigation, international commercial arbitrations and internal investigations for Chevron's global upstream oil and gas enterprises. Prior to joining Chevron, Mr. Longlet was Assistant General Counsel at the Central Intelligence Agency and Senior Counsel to the Assistant Attorney General in the Criminal Division of the U.S. Department of Justice. He began his career in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School.
