BeneFix is a team of passionate folks who have built products for KPMG, Mayo Clinic and many other world renowned brands. We are working on making the health insurance industry more efficient, simpler to understand and incredibly streamlined.

Our product is built on making the complex simple.

We are actively looking for a proven VP of Sales. Maybe you're on the rise in your current position and are looking to take the reins of your own department. Maybe you've grown ARR to $10MM. You need to be extremely driven, efficient and a great cultural fit for BeneFix.

You will create repeatable sales models and work closely with the founder to implement the processes needed to reach ARR milestones.


• Build the processes needed to reach ARR goal — you're well versed in what it takes to reach $10MM in ARR and can build a repeatable sales process
• Cultivate relationships with General Agencies — you will work with the founder to develop relationships with General Agencies and close these large accounts
• Grow the sales team — when a process is built and is able to be executed at scale you will build the sales team
• Manage the sales team — you'll be in charge of how the department is measured and ultimately accountable for performance


• Driven and excited for the startup hustle — you're competitive and excel in a competitive environment
• Great communicator—you know your audience and communicate tactfully and effectively whether one-on-one, in groups, on paper or in person
• Problem solver—you proactively identify and prioritize problems and continually work to get them resolved
• Fun, outgoing and charismatic—you love talking to and helping people and you have a deep understanding of how people and groups work

• Organized
• Obsessive about details
• Metrics driven approach which is quantifiable
