Job Description


We seek a highly knowledgeable and people-centered leader to head our Customer Success team.

Our ideal candidate has direct experience implementing company-wide strategic initiatives in Organizational Transformation, Culture, Change, and/or Training and Development at Fortune 1000 organizations.

We’re looking for someone with culture-oriented consulting experience who is passionate about partnering with leaders & teams to build thriving and highly productive workplace cultures.

As a self-driven leader and strategic partner, you will lead us in driving our revenue goals and building a truly world-class Customer Success operation.

As Head of Customer Success you will spearhead our Customer Success vision and develop scalable systems and practices for growing our existing partnerships and cultivating new ones.


-Lead a portfolio of key enterprise clients, with the expectation of increasing portfolio value significantly within the first year.
-Serve clients as strategic partner and visionary, ensuring they receive maximum value from Avanoo’s platform and services to drive key organizational performance outcomes.
-Communicate regularly with clients (including travel for in-person meetings) to deepen relationships, lead strategic visioning sessions, and gather feedback to improve our offerings.
-Strategically mentor Customer Success team members and support the efficient resolution of any issues on client projects.
-Cultivate open pathways for communication across all departments (especially between the Customer Success and Sales teams) to ensure optimal transfer of knowledge and relationships.
-Work with the CEO and Sales team to identify and build systems around repeat and referral behaviors (such as up-selling and cross-selling) that drive significant revenue growth.
-Drive the creation of tools to leverage your time and transform hacky, manual solutions into high-performing, easily transferable systems that scale.
-Pioneer enterprise Customer Success processes and best practices, and transfer that knowledge efficiently to new team members.


-4-10 years experience in high-touch consultative and customer-facing roles.
-Comfort with designing, up-selling, and managing six- and seven-figure deals.
-Self-driven and highly accountable for delivering extraordinary outcomes.
-Enjoys leading and supporting others through ambiguity and change.
-Highly self-aware and emotionally intelligent.
-Strong communicator with a passion for people.
-High organizational intelligence about how enterprise clients typically operate.
-Understanding of how common types of software (e.g. web apps) are built and deployed.
-Extremely sharp problem-solving skills.
-Thrives in metrics- and data-driven environments.
-Ability to transform manual solutions into scalable systems.
-Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and distill complex and ambiguous scenarios into their important and actionable elements.
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (advanced degree a plus)
