The Role

What you will do:
- Create & manage help documentation for our cloud-based integration product
- Gether inputs from support & QA team on the most common issues faced by users and incorporate them into the knowledge base
- Monitor analytics and user feedback and improve existing documents

What you are:
- 1+ years of relevant experiences, such as technical writing, product documentation, or writing customer-facing materials.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Understand technical concepts and APIs is a plus
