Having validated market demand, the Guild was launched in 2016 to a great success, with 1500 students signing up in the first year.
I revived a long-dormant student careers society and rebranded it to create hype around the relaunch. Having formed a small initial team, we then worked to source sponsorship from 15 different firms which then gave the society a strong appeal to students.

ELF therefore aims to bring together forward-thinkers and connect them to the leaders of the wider world.
