Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Support and develop existing clients, monitor their status;
- Serve as primary point of contact for all customer account management matters;
- Prepare reports on account status;
- Predict and track key account metrics;
- Collaborate with sales team to identify potential growth opportunities;
- Monitor performance of the monetization application, develop an individual strategy to increase the productivity of advertising in applications;
- Manage task-resolving processes to eliminate problems with monetization and tasks to improve the performance of advertising;
- Check that the advertisement is integrated correctly in perspective apps
- The ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships with both customers and our team;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- The ability to prioritize and manage several different tasks at once;
- Logical thinking;
- Ability to anticipate customers’ needs and match them with appropriate products and services;
- Solid negotiation skills, heavily results-orientated;
- The ability to work thoroughly with statistics and analytics tools;
- The ability to appropriately structure information and relay it back to our team or clients;
- The ability to identify or foresee conflicts, prevent them, and execute win-win solutions
A Plus (but not necessary!):
- Experience with mobile advertising and a good knowledge of Google AdMob;
- Experience with advertising systems (ex Mopub, Adcolony, Unity Ads and Facebook and etc);
- Knowledge of Google Analytics;
- Experience with game development;
- Language (Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Chinese);
- Higher education (mathematics or computer science, data science)
