Andrew Ke

Andrew was the lead developer for my team's iOS mobile app called Formative, a tool to connect families of people with Alzheimer's or related dementias. Andrew is a highly-skilled programmer and front-end designer. He communicates well on a team, and works efficiently under strict timelines.

While working on the Formative app, Andrew was industrious, patient, and flexible under necessary changes to our product spec. He has incredible attention to detail and displayed great diligence when working through small bugs that degraded the user experience of our app. He was very timely in his communication with our team when he worked remotely, and made significant contributions to our app's functionality and user experience design during our weekly in-person meetings.

Andrew's passion for his work as a developer was clear to my team from the start. He tracks and consistently implements industry standards in design and development styles. In early July 2015, he was reading and preparing the fall release of iOS 9.
