Junior Digital Project Manager

Job Responsibilities

Interest in project implementation of IT solution and lead system development for client(s).
Management of all project related activities, progress, deliverables and reporting.
Work closely and independently with business users to understand their needs and pitch them with relevant IT solutions.
Ensure that the standard business requirements are in place and signed off before work is commenced and completed.
Deployment of project resources, monitoring of effectiveness and utilisation.
Be the project focal point of clients, ensuring smooth transition to on-going operation.
Preparation of project proposal, perform presentation and demonstration, assistance in ad hoc and special assignments as assigned.
Work effectively with internal and external customers in progressing and delivering change management.
Ideation and project consultation.

Job Requirements

Knowledge of business process and IT project delivery methodologies.
Sound analytical mind with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong communicator with people at all levels. Clear communication about goals, responsibility, performance, expectations and feedback is essential part of the job.
Customer-oriented; able to work independently and lead multiple initiatives and projects.
Determine to deliver and commit to deliverable and meeting deadline.
A self-starter and have a can-do attitude.
Relevant experience in Product Management or User Experience design is a plus.
