The Program Coordinator will oversee the program - planning the calendar / curriculum, coordinating with service providers and venues, and executing on events from 25 ppl to 250+, which includes getting print materials together, filming speakers, and possibly taking notes. This person will be the point of contact for all founders, mentors, and speakers.
The role can also be shaped around the Program Coordinator’s special interests.
We need someone with strong event planning execution skills, a keen eye for detail and quality, and a service-oriented nature.
