Stas, CEO, started working on his project in 2011. It was selected by the Happy Farm Business Incubator. Working on the project’s global strategy Stas referred to students of School of International Business where he was lucky to meet the brightest student, Anna. She became extremely passionate about Advice Wallet and joined the team as COO. Working together on making world-class product they met Andriy, who completed the team as CTO and brought his extensive experience in web development.
Knowing many small business owners in person Stas knew the market very well. Business owners simply didn’t have effective tool to execute a reference system and potentially scale it up to decrease user acquisition costs. Advice Wallet team did an extensive research and developed such tool, tested it and proved the concept. These tests and received feedback gave the team very important insights about the market, customers and use cases which were applied in the current version of the product.
Anna was head of marketing research unit at an international company. Structured and supervised a full-scale marketing research project of market – from interviewing more than 600 respondents to quantitative and qualitative analyses of results and working out recommendations with respect to marketing and advertising policies. This led to complete revision of company’s advertising campaign and subsequent 14% revenue growth.
Pavel has Diploma of Honor in Finance. Worked with startups and has experience in B2B sales, finance and entrepreneurship. Extensive experience handling a variety of different clientele through various levels of communication, from independent agents, to college deans, to independent contractors. Improved the accuracy of budget forecasts.
Master degree in International marketing. Created an Internet Marketing Company that designs and manages websites for independent contractors utilizing new search engine techniques to increase customers.
Developed and handled marketing campaigns and budgets for a variety of businesses in different industries and markets.
