Being a Business Development Executive (BDE) means you are amongst the pivotal people in the success of Novosalus and its innovative products in the market. Our successful BDE is like a SEAL (sticky, enterprising, action-oriented & leader). As BDE you will be responsible for creating awareness about and sales of AboutMyClinic.com and related products to the healthcare providers and related establishments – clinic, nursing homes and hospitals etc. in your assigned area. You will be expected to lead your efforts with energy, persuasion & perseverance in order to meet & exceed your targets while living the organizational values - integrity, sense of urgency, customer delight, transparency, empowerment and passion for excellence.
1. To be 100% familiar with the product & attributes and organizational capabilities
2. To plan the daily field-work meticulously
3. To execute effective product demonstrations to customers, emphasizing product features and benefits with focus on the value proposition
4. Follow up with prospective clients in timely manner and close the deals
5. To be persuasive in achieving and exceeding sales targets as defined by the organization
6. To create and grow a pipeline of quality sales leads
7. To ensure regular reporting of field-activities and participate & present in periodic team meetings
8. To be proactive in communicating with the team & escalate questions and issues that needs answers to appropriate team members without delay
9. To be highly familiar with competitive environment
10. To constantly be on a look or suggest new opportunities and ideas that are in alignment with organizational growth objectives
11. To develop strong and cordial relationships with key customers and ensure long-term customer retention
