Senior Business Analyst

Roles and responsibility:

• Work closely with business users to elicit high-level requirements and capture business needs
• Determines operational objectives by analysing business functions, collecting business information, produce requirements and scopes
• Clearly articulates and documents business requirements
• Designs digital solution with deep-dive analysis and provide solution recommendations
• Identify techniques and workflows to continuously improve business processes
• Understanding the key metrics of business problems and goals of the business
• Other related duties may be assigned, as requested and required such as supporting the operation; communicating with customer where necessary

Requirements:

• Master or Degree in Business Information System / Business Management or in a relevant field of study
• At least 3 year+ analyst experience within technology driven solution implementation or relevant business solution implementation
• Must be a logical thinker, fast learner and good business acumen
• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Able to work independently and well in presentation

• Ability to tailor insights to present clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Hands-on approach, getting things done fast and ability to work without continual guidance
