Client Management @ Senior Level:
You will be working on the front lines of our business. We are looking for a quick-thinking and highly organized individual to address customer inquiries, resolve complaints and generally keep our customers happy.
You will need to switch gears from an "empathetic" representative for our customers to dealing with and diffusing tough situations, making tough decisions and being firm with our customers when it's required.
LetterDash is not a company that adopts the philosophy of "the customer is always right" and "do whatever it takes to make the customer happy". Instead, we are a company that runs a very tight ship. LetterDash takes responsibilities for the service it delivers and holds itself accountable when it's required--and we expect the same of our customers no matter what.
You will be in charge of holding both parties accountable for adhering to the mutual contract--and for pushing and challenging LetterDash to constantly improve as a company and a product.
You will provide daily and weekly reports that aim to consistently improve the customer experience, the value in our product and overall retention rates. This will include weekly client debriefings.
You will be a decision maker within the company and help LetterDash continue dominating the legal letter space and continue thriving as the #1 service provider of legal letters in the United States.
