Role: Partnership Development Manager / Representative
Experience: MBA with 2+ Years experience in any industry
Work Location: Massachusetts, Utah, Illinois, remote(will be considered)
Job Overview:
The Partnership Development Manager / Representative will drive iSC’s growth by networking and building relationships with prospective universities, high schools, and educational enterprises. This role, will be responsible for developing our partnership ecosystem across North America. Working to identify strong prospective partners and to nurture early sales discussions through to close, onboarding, and project launch.
Responsibilities and Duties include:
- Deeply understands the needs, key drivers, and success factors from the client, as well as the importance of driving customer value through connecting each of these customer groups.
- Identify, nurture, and close new institutional clients through a consultative sales approach.
- Developing new University partnerships that drive revenue and expand iSC partner ecosystem.
- Identify and implement key areas for improvement in the sales, marketing, and product development process.
- Collaborate with Marketing leadership and affiliate partner channels to develop and implement B2B lead generation and nurturing programs including events, conferences, client visits, web etc.
- Connecting universities and colleges to a talented and diverse audience of students and prospective applicants from the iSC audience.
- Identify high school and community college partners, with the desire to offer their students access to a powerful and personalized admissions platform to support their University decisions.
- Effectively manage and develops a B2B pipeline to meet projected team revenue goals.
- Ability to operate in a high-growth global environment where we are still learning and evolving.
Requirement:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a good listener.
- Some direct and relevant experience selling into or working in edtech or allied fields is highly desirable but not necessary.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a in Sales / marketing - or related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate to a diverse leadership audience.
- Understanding of B2B sales and partnership development processes with a data-driven mindset is essential.
- An independent self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset that thrives in a collaborative team environment.
