What I've done

I am currently working on launching a new venture. Over the last 17 years, I have invested in nearly 50 companies as an active angel investor, many of which have gone on to become significant successes. I continue to angel invest in 8-10 companies per year on average in areas ranging from Web 2.0, the mobile web, enterprise computing and the infrastructure technologies underlying those spaces.

Until recently, I was a senior partner and helped build Globespan Capital Partners, a leading venture capital firm. There I led investments in over 15 companies and was an active member of their boards. In addition, I also helped my colleagues at the firm evaluate and invest in close to 100 other companies.

Prior to that I helped build FAC/Equities, a prominent investment banking and research boutique during the 1990s. During that time, I was named a Wall Street All Star by the Wall Street Journal and was recognized as one of the top analysts on Wall Street by Fortune magazine.
