Built Dell.com consumer ecommerce to $3.5B in 2003, responsible for content, operations, analytics and product management. Led Dell's Consumer Customer Centricity Strategy, CRM, and 3 year plan. Led marketing team for $1.5B enterprise transactional division.
As founding CMO of Bazaarvoice, built products (7 patents), brand, press, biz dev, and led many of the large deals (Dell, Walmart, P&G, etc.), taking it from 6 people and $50k in bookings to 600 people and $50M in bookings (to writing draft S1).
CEO and Co-founder of Mass Relevance. In first year built to 120 clients, 23 people, and profitability.
