Patform is a patient data management service company. Whereas LinkedIn allows professionals to manage their resume and distribute it to potential employers, PatForm allows patients to mange their health history and registration data online and distribute the information to organizations in the PatForm network. Patients will no longer need to complete separate registration forms at each doctor’s office or school. PatForm saves time and money, improve patient safety, and provide data validation.
