How I like to add value
Focus, focus, focus! Most start-ups try to bite off too much and run into the problem of never ending schedule slip. I like to dig in deep to the product design and help determine the true minimum set for an initial launch. That means being willing to throw some of your favorite features to the back burner (AKA schedule them for the *next* release).
