1. John is the archetypal angel investor. Smart. Fast. Supportive. Flexible. Great track record of winning. If you can get him on board, do it!

3. John has been a great asset. He was an early investor in Diapers.com and introduced us to the founders when we were in our pre-launch phase. We signed the deal with Diapers.com prior to launch and instantly became a significant player in the daily deal business.

   With that said, as quick as John was with his investment, he invests a lot of time into helping out where he can, whenever we ask.

   Overall, I don't think you could ask for a better Angel investor.

   Furthermore, while we were in the middle of a lengthy legal process with other investors, John immediately jumped in and floated us a (no term) loan without question.
