Our aim is to provide many of the services a traditional marketing agency would provide in a faster and more cost effective way through our SAAS platform, giving entrepreneurs a stronger chance at success.
About the Opportunity:
Vitris’ founding team is seeking an individual with a strong background in selling; advertising, digital marketing, and creative services to sell Vitris’ digital marketing services platform. As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for hunting new clients, selling Vitris’ services externally to local business owners, and coordinating strategic partnerships with leading local marketing companies.
You will be a critical part of our small team - by discovering new clients, personally contributing and driving creative concepts, and empowering the multidisciplinary Vitris marketing team to do brilliant work. We are searching for a leader, smart problem-solver, and ‘people-person’ who can open doors and close deals. You will build and nurture long-lasting relationships and seek repeat business.
Status & Compensation:
This position is full-time, at-will and includes a base salary, commission structure, and stock options.

Vitris’ Co-Founder Jack Perrotta at HQ - Philadelphia, PA
Responsibilities:
Prospecting external leads.
Build pipeline of opportunity with local business owners and agencies to use Vitris’ services.
Attending networking, industry, and meet-up events.
Nurturing clients with timely and related content.
Handle all logistics including; appointments, pitch calendar, meetings, calls, and travel.
Developing proposals for clients.
Manage all aspects of the sales and contracting process internally and externally.
Overseeing client account management, including negotiating agreements to maximize profits.
Documenting processes and effectiveness of various strategies.
About You:
Experience:
1-3 years of sales development / agency business development experience.
Account management / client relationship management.
Hubspot CRM preferred, not necessary.
HTML/CSS/JS and other web concepts understanding preferred, not necessary.
Skills: Prospecting, Networking, Public Speaking, Negotiating, Closing.
Personality: Leader, Self-Confident, People Person.
