Independent Consultant for Private Equity

BluWave (bluwave.net) is looking to work with exceptional independent consultants who have meaningful private equity experience. We are founded by a long-time private equity partner who is determined to help a large, keystone industry transition, embrace the share economy, and successfully evolve. In just 2 years, we have come to serve more than 260 leading private equity funds.

If you have a background with top management/strategy consulting firm (ie- Bain, BCG, McKinsey, Parthenon, LEK, AlixPartners, FTI, Alvarez & Marsal, AT Kearney, etc.) or private equity firm and are looking to work for yourself as an independent consultant in the private equity world, we want to learn more about you.

Necessary qualifications:
- 2 years of PE experience or 3 years of management/strategy consulting or IB experience
- Degree from a top-tier institution (graduate degree strongly preferred)
- Meaningful experience with PE funds or PE-backed companies
