Hi there! We're a hashtag#proptech hashtag#startup in prelaunch phase and we are looking for somebody with a background in hashtag#NY hashtag#residential hashtag#rentals (from hashtag#brokers, hashtag#agents, hashtag#property managers or similar), who would be willing to join us in our journey: to build a hashtag#proptech innovative service. Main needs & responsibilities:

Product evaluation:
Evaluation of the product’s current phase – from structure, features, wording, market suitability. From both tenant & landlord/property manager’s points of view.

Provide guidance to adjusting the product

Product improvement:
Suggest ways to update the product to better suit the market needs and address key problems for tenants & landlords/property managers.

Give feedback on current options to grow

Offer suggestions as to how to further update and extend the product

Market overview & strategic recommendations
Offer a more insightful market overview

Identify market opportunities

Assistance in finalizing the product launch strategy: contribute to the final selection of the target groups, POD, business model & market launch (a borough, an area or the entire city)

New business
Proposal of key players in the industry (landlords, tenants, authorities etc.) to be contacted with the aim to partner with &/or join the platform.

Set-up intros for meetings

Participate/ contribute to the pitching (optional)
