Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with product managers and analysts to gather and assess user needs.
2. Conduct interviews with customers to identify pain points and map out user journeys.
3. Effectively present design ideas to developers and stakeholders.
4. Identify and resolve UX issues.
5. Create mockups and prototypes to demonstrate feature functionality and appearance.
6. Convert wireframes into detailed UI designs.
7. Maintain and develop a cohesive design language system for our core product.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Minimum 5 years in a Product Design or similar role (UX/UI Design).
2. A portfolio of work displaying high quality, user experience-focused design and problem-solving.
3. Strong understanding of User-Centered Design Processes, Design Principles, and Systems.
4. Proficiency in design and wireframing tools (e.g., Figma).
5. Excellent communication skills to clearly convey ideas to stakeholders.
6. Strong time-management skills, with a proactive approach to meeting goals efficiently.
