ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently seeking a Strategic Account Associate to join our esteemed sales team at PatientIQ. In this position, you will directly report to our Strategic Account Manager and work closely with our dedicated Account Executives/Field Sales team members and Customer Success team. Your main objective will be to ensure the renewal of SaaS contracts while optimizing recurring revenue. Meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual targets will be a key expectation for this role.

This is a hybrid role and will require an in-office presence at PatientIQ's Chicago headquarters. You must be within commuting distance of this office location.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage end-to-end renewal process in collaboration with the Strategic Account Manager, Sales, and Customer Success teams, with a focus on achieving renewal rate targets across all accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Interpret existing contracts to formulate strategies and pricing structures for renewals and upselling opportunities.
  • Proactively engage with customers to secure subscription renewals, maximizing revenue and ensuring exceptional retention rates.
  • Manage quoting, pricing negotiations, objections, and identify customer needs for tailored contract solutions.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries, coordinating effectively with various teams to address customer requirements.
  • Leverage CRM (HubSpot) for documenting opportunities and forecasting sales performance.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of all PatientIQ products.

IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of successful B2B sales and/or Account Management experience in a technology or software environment (healthcare preferred).
  • Experience interpreting, drafting, and negotiating contract renewals.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and oral).
  • Proficient in sales processes and diverse methodologies.
  • Driven to exceed quotas and remain committed to personal growth.
  • Embraces adaptability, attention to detail, and continuous learning.
  • Demonstrates entrepreneurial mindset, creativity, and strategic sales execution.
