Fullstack Software Engineer

Our full-stack engineers play a vital role in building our product and we look for engineers that have a customer-obsessed mind.
As a full-stack engineer, you will own your project from end-to-end and become a key player to t, making impacts to tens of thousands of consumers and insurance agents around the US.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement and maintain a highly scalable and user-friendly product using React, Django, and other technologies
• Work closely with stakeholders and partner teams to implement, iterate, test, and deploy new features
• Apply advanced data analysis technologies to study customer behavior
• Identify the opportunities to improve the product and set up a roadmap to implement the findings

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in programming
• Advanced skills in HTML/CSS/Javascript/React/Redux
• Strong experience in Python, preferably in Django
• Exceptional in designing systems involve SQL/NoSQL/Cache
• Ability to deep dive into the data
• Capable of owning the project from end to end with stakeholders, customers, and partners through the product cycle
• Comfort with Linux/Unix
• Experience in FinTech companies is a plus
• Entrepreneur-mind is preferred
