Your Role: Quality Assurance (QA) Tester

What you’ll be doing:

• Testing new builds on VR + AR devices and making detailed notes of issues and how to reproduce them
• Working with the Customer Solutions team to reproduce customer issues, and improve our tooling to capture these events
• Work with the Engineering team to triage, track, remediate, and close out user issues
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and the rest of engineering to deliver on our product roadmap while integrating testing with our product development lifecycle

What skills and experience you need:

• Industry experience testing production software to ensure excellence.
• Adaptability and drive to thrive with an early stage team.
• Availability to respond and tackle issues as they arise.

What we would love to see:

• Industry experience testing software on VR + AR headsets or Unity Applications
• Experience building a QA strategy from the ground up
• DevOps and automated cloud build experience

Job details:

• Salary: $50K - $75K
• Location: San Francisco (Hybrid) - working from office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
