Not only that, our venture-backed program automates the entire lending process with proprietary pricing algorithms, underwriting approval, and loan production. In this way, Neat’s technology delivers certainty in approving clients 3x faster than the industry average and helps clients win their home bid with a cash-like offer, all while providing a level of end-to-end transparency that is unmatched in the market. We closed our series B-1 funding round in 2022, and we’re currently searching for talented and passionate Senior-Level Full Stack Developers to join our team.

Our Team

We’re a small team of bold engineers who want to transform the financial services industry to be more equitable and transparent. We’re committed to providing our clients with the best possible user experience, and we’re looking to add full stack TypeScript developers to help us create forward-thinking solutions in a complicated space.

Neat’s tech team doesn’t work in a hierarchy. Instead, all levels of our engineers (including our CTO!) work together on larger projects and individually take ownership of the smaller ones. We're constantly iterating, so your projects will be implemented on a bi-weekly basis.

Neat has developed flexible hours for our developer team. This position participates in custom work hours that could look like the following:

• Standard 8-hour days, 5 days per week
• Four 10-hour days per week (aka every Friday off)
• Alternative schedules that allow for 4-day work weeks or similar
• Fully Remote

Our Stack

• TypeScript
• Backend: Typescript microservices, mostly NestJS, both Postgres and MongoDB databases
• Frontend: Typescript & React
• Lots of testing, mostly Jest
• GitHub and other standard web dev tools

What You’ll Bring to the Table

• Minimum 6 years of experience in modern web software development
• Professional experience with Javascript and/or TypeScript
• Energy to thrive in a startup environment
• Flexibility and openness to change. Things happen quickly around here!
