Capital Quant Solutions is a boutique firm focused on cognitive automation for the financial services sector. We are building a strong tech team of people who have the desire to work on cutting edge technology for solving some real world business problems for banks and financial institutions.

We are solving the problem of text based information overload coming from a deluge of complex financial documents. Currently analysts across functions manually read thru these documents, extract relevant information and analyze it. We are offering a product called FinStinct which uses the power of machine learning, Ai and NLP to solve this problem. FinStinct is live in 3 leading financial institutions.

Tech skills required are provided below. However, in addition to the tech skills, we are looking at people who are passionate about financial markets and unstructured data. Folks who are excited about being a part of a team which is creating a next generation product for institutional players would be the right fit for Capital Quant.

Key requirements are as follows:
• 4+ years of experience in Java development
• Java/J2EE/Spring/MySQL/Mongodb
• Willing to self learn (with little guidance and oversight) NLP and Machine Learning
• Delhi/NCR based
