Solution Engineer

Job description
Responsibility 1: Strategy Planning
Activity 1.a.: Plan solution and program development strategy and identify the scope of innovations in the domain
Activity 1.b.: Coordinate with DEL and CD team to understand the intended impact of the solutions and programs
Activity 1.c.: Prioritize the development roadmap of the solutions and programs ranked on the market demand, complexity, revenue potential and technical capability
Responsibility 2: Team Management for Solutions & Program Development and Assets Creation
Activity 2.a.: Lead the team to develop/ automate/ standardize solutions and programs through effective SDLC frameworks close- loop with feedback from the internal and external stakeholders
Activity 2.b.: Generate internal SOP documentation in the form of design documents, roadmaps, technical specifications, how to’s and FAQs, etc
Activity 2.c: Deliver outputs of solutions/ programs in the form of report templates, sandboxes, demoable links, case studies, pitch decks
Responsibility 3: Support to Internal Teams
Activity 3.a.: Assist the CD Team as a technical consultant in high-value sales pitches for enterprise and opportunity accounts
Activity 3.b.: Build technical capabilities in the team to be the go-to team for DEL team for all sorts of technical development limited to enhancements or changes in the solutions and programs pre-planned
Activity 3.c.: Assist the Partnership team to provide a sound analysis of new third party tool ecosystem which can be pursued for potential engagements
Responsibility 4: Recruitment and Training
Activity 4.a.: Recruit the right set of candidates for the team for the roles of technical and PM workforce, analysts, content marketers, inside sales, data scientists and cloud engineers
Activity 4.b.: Train internal teams for the usage of all assets generated by the Solutions team
