1) Crazy virality: for every team manager on board, there's a cascade of team members and opposition teams
2) Likely monetization streams in micro-payments (match contributions), e-commerce (kit and season tickets) and advertising (obsessed, captive audience)
3) Easily-scaled, across sports and countries, and with lots of lock-in

Philipp Moehring The product is beautiful and helps managers organise their sports team - better than anything out there.
More importantly, it engages the whole team by allowing to interact through easy methods such as SMS, FB apps, and mobile services, multiplying the user numbers through natural participation.
